It's near the bottom of the list. Scroll to the bottom and select Facebook. Offload App should be selected. The blue text link in the center of the screen is the one you're looking for. A confirmation message will be shown. This removes the app from your iPhone or iPad while retaining your settings. Include your email address if you want to be notified when this question is answered. Someone will contact you when your question is resolved.
