1. Switch off the iPad. 2. HOLD THE BACK KEY (THE ONE WITH THE arrow) AND THE POWER BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME. 3. When the android shows, just the power button should be held down. 4. A panel with numerous Chinese selections should display. Number two: five. A screen with four boxes at the top and two at the bottom appears. 6. Select "Factory Reset". 7. Confirm the decision by tapping "Start". 8. The iPad will start to restore your settings.
Hold down the "+" (plus sign) on the volume control. Press and hold the power button while continuing to hold the "+" volume key. Let release of the buttons once the tablet boots up and shows three icons. Select the centre icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it with the volume key. This will remove all your data from the tablet.
Press and hold the power button for several seconds. The power button is often located on the device's right side. After a few seconds, a menu containing the Power Off option should display. The most recent Android version may provide more alternatives, such as restart, which is a better option. However, if you still have trouble, then press the home key to return to the main screen and select Settings. Here you will find options for shutting down or rebooting your device.
Hold down the power and home buttons on your device at the same time until a new screen shows. When it displays, let go of the two buttons and push the power button again. Press and hold the home button for a few seconds. The device will now restart itself.
To begin using your tablet, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The Ematic logo shows that the tablet is in the process of loading. A Welcome Screen will appear after the screen has loaded. Select your language and press the Start button. The Settings menu will display.
You can change all the options by scrolling with the left/right buttons or use the on-screen keyboard. When you are done, press the Menu button to return to the main menu.
The following sections describe the features of the Settings menu:
System settings - Use this option to adjust various system settings such as the number of times the screen locks, how long it takes for the tablet to go into standby mode, etc.
User settings - Use this option to customize the tablet's behavior for each user. You can enable or disable the touch screen, change the home page, control the sound, and more.
Time zone - Use this option to set the time zone of your tablet. Press the Menu button to access the Time Zone menu.
Date &; time - This section allows you to select the date and time format for the calendar and clock widgets on the Home screen. You can also choose whether or not to show hours on the clock face.
