Open WhatsApp, then navigate to the contact to whom you want to send the message and open it. While WhatsApp is operating in the background, type the message and press the send button. - Deactivate the aircraft mode. The message will be delivered to the recipient without your internet presence. However, if they sign out of WhatsApp, they will have to log back in online to read the message.

To use WhatsApp without a mobile phone number or SIM card, simply follow the steps below.
First, open WhatsApp and navigate to the conversation section. You may now know if somebody is online if you open the discussion to which you want to see if the individual is online or offline. You may check for "online" under the contact's name to see if they are online. If they are not, there is no way (as of now) to know whether they are out of range or not.
